- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine pumpkin puree, milk, eggs, maple syrup, and melted butter.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
