- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 strips turkey bacon
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 ounces egg noodles
- Cook the turkey bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté the onions and garlic until translucent.
- Add mushrooms and cook until soft. Season with salt and pepper.

- Reduce heat, stir in sour cream, and crumble the turkey bacon back into the skillet.
