  • 1 pound fresh salmon, skinless
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine salmon, breadcrumbs, green onions, egg, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined and form into small balls.
  4. Place the salmon balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. To make the avocado sauce, mash the avocado in a bowl, then stir in lime juice and Greek yogurt until smooth.
