  • 1 pound salmon fillet
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package directions.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil and sear the salmon until cooked through. Remove and flake.
  3. Add minced garlic to the same pan and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and lemon juice, bringing it to a gentle simmer.
