Salted Caramel Cheesecake

A deliciously rich and creamy cheesecake topped with a mouthwatering salted caramel sauce.

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup salted caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust and bake for 55-60 minutes, or until set.
  5. Let the cheesecake cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  6. Before serving, drizzle with salted caramel sauce and sprinkle with sea salt.

Notes

  • For best results, use room temperature cream cheese for a smoother batter.
  • Can top with additional caramel sauce or chocolate if desired.
