- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup salted caramel sauce
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust and bake for 55-60 minutes, or until set.
- Let the cheesecake cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Before serving, drizzle with salted caramel sauce and sprinkle with sea salt.
