- 1 pound large mushrooms
- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
- In a pan, cook the Italian sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
