Ingredients

  • 4 cups shaved Brussels sprouts
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 cup candied pecans
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shaved Brussels sprouts, pomegranate seeds, candied pecans, and chopped turkey bacon.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.

Notes
