  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup beef broth

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced

Instructions

  1. Slice the beef flank steak into thin strips.
  2. In a bowl, mix the beef broth, soy sauce, cornstarch, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Place sliced beef in the slow cooker and pour the sauce over it.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  5. In the last 30 minutes of cooking, add the broccoli florets to the slow cooker.
  6. Stir to combine and serve over rice.
