- 1 pound beef flank steak, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Slice the beef flank steak into thin strips.
- In a bowl, mix the beef broth, soy sauce, cornstarch, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger.
- Place sliced beef in the slow cooker and pour the sauce over it.
