- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
