- 3 pounds beef roast
- 1 cup cranberry juice
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a large roasting pan, combine cranberry juice, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Add the beef roast to the pan, then sprinkle the onion and garlic around it.
- Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil and place it in the oven.
