Spicy Keto Korean Ground Beef with Cucumber Salad

A delicious and easy to prepare spicy keto dish that combines ground beef with a refreshing cucumber salad.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

Instructions

  1. In a pan over medium heat, add sesame oil and let it heat up.
  2. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in soy sauce, gochugaru, garlic, ginger, and salt.
  4. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the beef is fully cooked.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix sliced cucumber with rice vinegar and green onions.
  6. Serve the beef with the cucumber salad on the side.

Notes

  • For added flavor, let the beef marinate for 30 minutes before cooking.
  • Adjust the amount of gochugaru according to your spice preference.
