Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
  3. In a bowl, mix spinach, feta, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cut the pastry into strips, and place the filling on one end of each strip.
  5. Twist the strips and place them on a baking sheet.
  6. Brush with the beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
