  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package puff pastry, thawed

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into rectangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the filling onto each rectangle.
  5. Roll up the rectangles and seal the edges.
  6. Place the swirls on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
