Steak & Truffle Gouda Pasta Bake

A rich and creamy pasta bake that combines tender steak with the luxurious flavor of truffle gouda, perfect for a special dinner.

  • 1 pound steak, diced
  • 8 ounces pasta (your choice)
  • 2 cups truffle gouda cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Add the diced steak and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and beef broth, bring to a simmer.
  5. In a large pot, cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
  6. Combine the steak mixture with cooked pasta, then fold in truffle gouda.
  7. Transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle additional gouda on top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
