  • 1 loaf day-old bread
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
  3. Cut the day-old bread into cubes and add to the bowl with mashed bananas.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.
