  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, maple syrup, ginger, garlic, rice vinegar, and chili flakes.
  3. Combine cauliflower florets with the sauce and toss until well coated.
  4. Sprinkle cornstarch over the cauliflower and mix until evenly distributed.
  5. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
