  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the stir fry noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic and chicken, and cook until the chicken is browned.
  3. Add mixed vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry for about 5 minutes, until they are tender.
  4. Stir in the cooked noodles and soy sauce. Mix well and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
