  • 10 sheets rice paper
  • 1 cup cooked rice noodles
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, cabbage)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Soak rice paper sheets in warm water until soft.
  2. In a bowl, mix cooked rice noodles, vegetables, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  3. Place a spoonful of the mixture on each soaked rice paper, roll tightly.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
  5. Place rolls in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes until crispy.
