  • 200 grams turkey bacon
  • 300 grams chicken ham
  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons red curry paste
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the turkey bacon and chicken ham, sauté until crisp.
  3. Stir in garlic and onion, cook until the onion is translucent.
  4. Add the red curry paste, stirring until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the coconut milk, fish sauce, and brown sugar. Mix well.
  6. Add the bell pepper and simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. Serve hot over rice.
