  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
  3. In another bowl, cream the butter until smooth, then add the egg and vanilla.
  4. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until well combined.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  7. While the cookies are baking, heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until just simmering.
  8. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate chips in a bowl and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  9. Stir until smooth to make the ganache.
  10. Once the cookies are cool, drizzle the ganache over the top.
