  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup speculoos cookie spread
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt.
  2. Whisk in eggs, milk, and melted butter until smooth.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour a ladle of batter, swirling to coat.
  4. Cook until edges are golden, then flip and cook the other side.
  5. Repeat until all batter is used.
  6. In a separate bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form.
  7. Layer crêpes with speculoos spread and whipped cream.
  8. Chill the finished cake for a few hours before serving.
