Ingredients

  • 1 large whole wheat wrap
  • 1/2 cup hummus
  • 1/2 cup mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (vegan)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Spread hummus evenly over the wrap.
