  • 1 package puff pastry

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add mushrooms, thyme, and rosemary; cook until the mushrooms are browned.
  4. Stir in cooked quinoa and season with salt and pepper.
