  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Core and slice the apples into thin wedges.
  3. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
  4. Dredge apple wedges in flour, dip in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. Place the apple fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden and crispy, shaking halfway through.
