  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cups cream cheese
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups peeled and chopped apples
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup rolled oats

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, and press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat together cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix chopped apples, cinnamon, brown sugar, and oats, then sprinkle over the cheesecake layer.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set. Allow to cool before serving.
