  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rub the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with Cajun seasoning.
  3. Place the salmon on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through.
  4. While the salmon is baking, prepare the avocado lime sauce by mashing the avocado and mixing it with lime juice and cilantro.
  5. Once the salmon is done, serve it topped with the avocado lime sauce.

Notes

  • For extra spice, add more Cajun seasoning to the salmon.
  • Serve with a side of rice or salad for a complete meal.
