Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls

A comforting and delicious dish that combines the creamy texture of Alfredo sauce with hearty lasagna rolls, perfect for a family meal.

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, turkey bacon, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Take a lasagna noodle, place a portion of the chicken mixture on it, and roll it up. Place it seam-side down in the baking dish.
  6. Repeat with remaining noodles and filling.
  7. Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolls and sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, you can sauté chopped onions or spinach and mix them into the filling.
  • Use low-fat cheese for a healthier option.
