- 9 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, turkey bacon, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Take a lasagna noodle, place a portion of the chicken mixture on it, and roll it up. Place it seam-side down in the baking dish.
- Repeat with remaining noodles and filling.
- Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolls and sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

- For added flavor, you can sauté chopped onions or spinach and mix them into the filling.
