Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

A delicious and comforting casserole version of the classic Chicken Cordon Bleu.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped turkey bacon, and Swiss cheese.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, heavy cream, eggs, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the wet mixture over the chicken mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
