- 1 pound clams
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound fish fillets, cut into chunks
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
- 2 cups fish stock
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the onion, garlic, and bell pepper, cooking until the onions are translucent.
