- 8 ounces pasta of your choice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound salmon fillets
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add salmon and cook until browned, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and flake.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in parmesan cheese and mix until smooth.
- Add the flaked salmon and cooked pasta to the sauce. Toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
- Any type of pasta will work, but fettuccine or penne is recommended.
