Creamy Garlic Butter Salmon Pasta

An indulgent pasta dish featuring creamy garlic butter and succulent salmon that will become your new favorite.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta of your choice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound salmon fillets
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add salmon and cook until browned, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and flake.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in parmesan cheese and mix until smooth.
  5. Add the flaked salmon and cooked pasta to the sauce. Toss to combine.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
  • Any type of pasta will work, but fettuccine or penne is recommended.
