  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté onions until translucent.
  4. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  5. Stir in diced tomatoes, heavy cream, and dried basil. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Add cooked pasta and crumbled turkey bacon to the sauce. Stir to combine.
  7. Season with salt and pepper, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
