  • 8 ounces turkey bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Press hash browns into a pie dish to form a crust.
  3. Pre-bake the hash brown crust for 20 minutes.
  4. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then chop.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and onion powder.
  6. Mix in chopped turkey bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Pour the egg mixture into the pre-baked crust.
  8. Bake for an additional 25-30 minutes until the quiche is set.
