High Protein Honey Garlic Butter Chicken with Mac & Cheese

A delightful and protein-packed dish combining savory honey garlic butter chicken with creamy mac & cheese.

  • 2 pounds chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 box macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a pan, melt the butter and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add honey and soy sauce, stir to combine.
  4. Place chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the honey garlic mixture over them.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. In a large pot, cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and return to pot.
  7. Add milk, cheese, salt, and pepper to the macaroni. Stir until creamy.
  8. Serve honey garlic chicken over mac & cheese, drizzling any leftover sauce on top.
