  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup onion, diced
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
  3. Layer the mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, sausage, bell pepper, onion, and Italian seasoning on the dough.
  4. Roll the dough tightly and place it on a baking sheet.
  5. Brush the top with the beaten egg.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
