- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- In a saucepan, combine water and butter, bringing to a boil.
