  • 1 tablespoon lime zest
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of mini pie pans.
  4. Bake for 8 minutes, then remove and set aside to cool.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together egg yolks, condensed milk, key lime juice, and lime zest.
  6. Pour the filling into the cooled crusts.
  7. Bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  8. Let them cool and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  9. Top with whipped cream before serving.
