1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
2 tablespoons tahini
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat.
Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and tender.
In a small bowl, whisk together tahini, honey, and lemon juice.
Drizzle the tahini-honey mixture over the roasted cauliflower before serving.
