A delicious twist on the traditional Coquito, perfect for fall gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 can (14 ounces) coconut milk
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 cup white rum

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine pumpkin puree, coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
  2. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  3. Add the white rum and blend again until fully incorporated.
  4. Pour the mixture into a pitcher and refrigerate until chilled.
  5. Serve over ice and garnish with additional cinnamon if desired.

Notes

  • For a non-alcoholic version, omit the rum.
  • This can be made a few days in advance for the best flavor.
