Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 15×10 inch jelly roll pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in pumpkin and vanilla.
  4. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until well blended.
  5. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Cool in the pan for a few minutes, then turn out onto a clean kitchen towel.
