  • 1/2 cup candied pecans

Instructions

  1. Shave the Brussels sprouts using a sharp knife or a food processor.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shaved Brussels sprouts, pomegranate seeds, and candied pecans.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
